CO | Pursuant to C.R.S. § 10-4-406(2), the Commissioner of Insurance hereby places the Colorado Advisory Loss Costs and Rating Values Filing submitted by NCCI with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2025 on file for public inspection. The Filing shall remain on file for fifteen days and shall not be approved, disapproved, or become effective during such fifteen-day period except after a public hearing. Pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 10-4-406(2.5) and (3.5), the Commissioner requested that the filing undergo an actuarial review – the results of which will also be placed on file. The Filing and accompanying actuarial review may be found for inspection on the Division’s Workers’ Compensation website, in the “2025” section.
