North Carolina Reminds Producers of the Prohibition of the Use of the NPN Override Feature for Marketplace Plan Enrollment or Changes

NC | The North Carolina Department of Insurance has issued an Advisory Memorandum to remind producers, CMS approved web-brokers and Marketplace insurers that using the NPN override feature available on some Enhanced Direct Enrollment (“EDE”) platforms violates North Carolina insurance laws and is not permitted under any circumstances.
