California Issues Mandatory Moratorium on Non-Renewals and Cancellations in Wildfire-Affected Areas in Lake County

CA | The California Insurance Commissioner has issued Bulletin 2024-11 announcing a one-year moratorium on renewals or cancellations of homeowners’ insurance due to wildfire risk in areas affected by the Boyles Fire in Lake County.
