VI| The U.S. Virgin Islands Office of the Lieutenant Governor’s Division of Banking, Insurance, and Financial Regulation has announced the return to pre-pandemic procedures for administering resident individual insurance producer and adjuster licensing examinations in the U.S. Virgin Islands. These exams will now occur bimonthly in both districts, with schedules communicated via radio and social media. Applicants must pass a written examination covering insurance laws, professional duties, and relevant regulations unless exempt under Section 765 of Title 22, Virgin Islands Code.
