ELANY Issues Bulletin on Early Filing of Zero Statements

NY| The Excess Lines Association of New York (ELANY) has issued Bulletin 2025-01 reminding brokers that as of January 1, 2025, they may early file their ZERO premium tax statements through the DFS Portal if the meet the criteria.
