Alaska Issues Bulletin Regarding the Use of A.I. Systems in Insurance

AK | Alaska’s Division of Insurance has issued Bulletin B 24-01. The purpose of this bulletin is to remind all insurers that decisions or actions impacting consumers made or supported by advanced analytical and computational technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems, must comply with all applicable insurance laws and regulations.
